On May 24th, the Small and Micro Enterprise Quality Management System Certification Improvement Action Promotion Meeting and the Quality Certification Service High Quality Development Promotion Common Prosperity Site Meeting were held in Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province. Pu Chun, member of the Party Group and Deputy Director of the State Administration for Market Regulation, and Director of the National Certification and Accreditation Administration, attended and delivered a speech. The meeting pointed out that high-quality development of small and micro enterprises is an important path to promote common prosperity. In recent years, the effectiveness of the "Small and Micro Enterprise Quality Management System Certification Improvement Action" has continued to show. Since 2023, a total of 1108 incentive policies have been introduced across the country, providing financial credit support such as "certified loans" to small and micro enterprises of 32 billion yuan, and implementing fiscal subsidies of 370 million yuan; 457 certification agencies have provided precise assistance to over 30000 small and micro enterprises, reduced certification fees by 39.6 million yuan, and provided free training to approximately 350000 enterprises for 1.328 million people. According to statistics, in 2023, the average annual revenue of small and micro enterprises participating in the improvement action increased by 10.2%, the annual product sales increased by 10.9%, the annual profit margin increased by 8.3%, and the quality cost control rate decreased by 6.0%, making a positive contribution to the stable growth, employment promotion, and safety protection of small and micro enterprises.

  Efforts have been made to strengthen the quality certification service chain and achieve results, promoting the extension of advanced quality concepts and quality management models to the entire industry chain; Efforts will be made to achieve results in the development of quality certification services in the region, focusing on the needs of local economic and social development and industrial upgrading. The improvement actions will be carried out in coordination with regional characteristic industrial clusters and regional brand cultivation; Efforts have been made to promote innovation in quality certification, implementing precise assistance through classification, grading, and layering, and innovating quality certification service models suitable for the characteristics of small and micro enterprises.

At the meeting, market regulatory authorities in Liaoning, Zhejiang, Hubei, Fujian and other regions, as well as representatives from local governments, certification bodies, and small and micro enterprises, made exchange speeches. Officials from relevant departments and directly affiliated units of the State Administration for Market Regulation, as well as officials from market supervision bureaus (departments, committees) of some provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities directly under the central government, attended the meeting.
